Maxxi Boxer Case Packer
Automatic case erector, filler and sealer for regular slotted (American case) or display corrugated boxes.
Also available as an automatic wrap-around case sealer, and as a top-loader version for flat-bottom or pouch packages with modified atmosphere that must be placed vertically in the case for better shelf appearance, with top and bottom sealing by self-adhesive tape and grouping/positioning movements driven by servomotors.
Specifications
- Frame in SAE 1020 carbon steel with electrostatic powder coating or brushed AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Output of up to 20 cases per minute (up to 30 in the wrap-around version).
- Top and bottom sealing with plastic adhesive tape or hot melt glue.
- Product insertion by top loader (free fall or pick and place), side loader or upper loader.
